Booking Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Cardiff Aesthetics. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your appointment. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms:

Deposits

• A 40% deposit is required for all treatments at the time of booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the total cost of your treatment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice (no-show) will also result in the loss of your deposit.

Consultations

• A consultation is compulsory for all new clients seeking toxin treatments. This ensures that we can assess your needs, discuss your goals, and determine the most appropriate treatment plan.

Arrival and Late Policy

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit will not be refunded.

• If rescheduling is possible, an additional deposit may be required to secure the new appointment.

Age Restrictions

• Clients must be 18 years or older to receive any aesthetic treatments. Proof of age may be required.

Medical Conditions and Disclosure

• It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications during your consultation or before your appointment. Failure to do so may affect your suitability for treatment.

Treatment Results

• Results may vary depending on individual factors, including but not limited to age, skin type, and adherence to aftercare advice. No guarantees can be made regarding treatment outcomes.

Product Returns Policy

At Cardiff Aesthetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, please ensure it meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be in brand-new condition, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns for opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
