Bookings

– Consultation appointments are compulsory in advance for all new anti-wrinkle clients.

– Your treatment can be booked at this Consultation appointment OR if you have had Botox before at Cardiff Aesthetics by Kirsty Winn, you may book your treatment before the consultation leaving 48 hours minimum between appointments to allow time for pharmacy to dispense the toxin.

– Clients returning to Cardiff Aesthetics by Kirsty Winn do not need to attend a new consultation unless your medical history has changed.

-If a returning client has new beauty goals or expectations a free consultation is advised to ensure an individual treatment plan can be discussed and formulated.

– Cardiff Aesthetics by Kirsty Winn will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, Cardiff Aesthetics by Kirsty Winn will inform you as to the reasons why. Any treatment costs paid will not be refunded if refusal to treat is the result of your failure to disclose a possible medical or cosmetic contraindication prior to the appointment. To avoid this it is recommended you attend a consultation appointment prior to booking treatments (compulsory for Anti-wrinkle). A full refund will be offered if conditions change between consultation and treatment appointments.

-Cardiff Aesthetics by Kirsty Winn reserve the right to refuse treatment if the client is deemed unsuitable for the treatment at any stage.

– It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provides Cardiff Aesthetics by Kirsty Winn with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Cardiff Aesthetics by Kirsty Winn will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

– The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Cardiff Aesthetics by Kirsty Winn regarding the care of a treated area.

– Any discount codes used are only valid with signed photo consent. If consent is not signed at the appointment the full price will be charged of the treated area(s).

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

– Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

– You will not be able to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of appointment.

– If you fail to attend your appointment (No Show) the full treatment price will be charged.

– If you are more than 10 minutes late that will count as a “No Show”. And your deposit will not be refunded and the full treatment price will be charged.

– A full refund can be offered for any appointment cancelled 5 days or earlier before the date and time of appointment.

– A 50% refund can be offered on all appointments cancelled between 5 days and 48 hours of the appointment date and time if full payment has been made at time of booking.

– No refund will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment date and time. Reschedules can be made up to 24 hours before the appointment.
